Aims and Fit of Module

This module provides you with the opportunity to consolidate, and reflect on, the
knowledge you have acquired during your studies as well as to apply it in business contexts as being typified by case studies. Further, it enables you to develop skills and abilities; such as: problem-solving, oral and written communication, and critical thinking. Finally, it assists you to form a code of business ethics and standards of  best practices in accounting.

Method of teaching and learning

Students can learn through lectures, tutorials, and guided independent study. They can avail themselves of lectures to improve their knowledge in areas pertinent to their assignments. They are encouraged to present their work-in-progress in order to get feedback from their colleagues and supervisors. They can also devote sufficient time to study by themselves.
