Aims and Fit of Module

The aim of this module is to provide students with the key concepts and principles, explore the wide range of separation phenomena, and review the varied aspects of separation techniques for dealing with problems encountered by professionals in this rapidly expanding field. It focuses on selected separation technologies and their applications, especially in pharmaceutical industry at an advanced level.
