Aims and Fit of Module
To provide students with theoretical knowledge and lab-based training in pharmaceutical analysis and analytical instrumentation involved.
Learning outcomes
A Demonstrate a critical awareness and understanding of the latest development of analytical techniques and existing forms of drug specimen
B Evaluate the principles of the methodologies and apply them to analyze various drug specimen
C Critically evaluate the data obtained from the instruments and interpret them properly
D Understand, consider and apply research ethics and health and safety regulations to prioritize, arrange and organize lab work
Method of teaching and learning
Course content will be delivered by standard lectures and laboratory practice. Timely, relevant and specific, constructive and actionable feedback will be provided to students in-class, on-paper and/or in-person on for each assignment.
