Learning outcomes
A Present a coherent account of a creative and critical design development process.
B Show evidence of personal research on materials and form, applying it to the design process.
C Demonstrate an understanding of the social, cultural and environmental contexts which influence architectural design.
D Communicate architectural proposals clearly using a variety of media and graphic communication methods, including drawing techniques that demonstrate knowledge of drawing conventions.
E Demonstrate an ability to structure an oral presentation to communicate ideas clearly verbally.
Method of teaching and learning
Project work developed through group and individual tutorials, and presented for public discussion. Critics will include visiting architectural practitioners.
