Method of teaching and learning
This module integrates seminars, practical workshops, and project-based learning to provide a comprehensive and engaging educational experience. Seminars introduce foundational leadership theories, offering a strong conceptual framework, while fostering critical discussion and in-depth analysis. Practical workshops complement this by focusing on the development of hands-on leadership skills through interactive and immersive exercises.
A core element of the module is project-based learning, where students take the lead on technology-driven projects that tackle real-world challenges. This culminates in professional presentations and reflective reports, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical contexts. Weekly discussions on contemporary leadership examples and guest seminars from diverse industry experts further bridge the gap between theory and practice, enriching the learning journey and inspiring innovative thinking.
