Aims and Fit of Module
Aims:
This module aims to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills to develop expertise in marketing and branding for the cultural and creative industries.
Objectives:
Students will learn established marketing and branding strategies and apply them in CCI context.

A Demonstrate a systematic understanding of the theories and debates of branding for the cultural and creative industries
B Evaluate critically the contemporary practices of marketing and branding for the cultural and creative industries
C Apply critically the techniques of digital branding and marketing relative to the cultural and creative industries
D Communicate effectively to an audience displaying highly advanced communication skills
Method of teaching and learning
This module is taught with lectures delivering content, often related to reading, and seminars where students will hold structured as well as informal discussions and workshops.
