Aims and Fit of Module
This module focuses on the emotional intelligence skills needed to be a successful manager. The module adopts a workshop style of teaching and will involve many practical exercises to gain insights and practice in identifying and using emotional intelligence skills.
Learning outcomes
A Identify the relevance of emotional intelligence for management and leadership roles, including teamwork and interpersonal communication
