Aims and Fit of Module

This Additional Learning Activity (ALA) aims to equip students with a range of skills which are not directly related to accounting but are increasingly in demand from the part of recruiters in the audit, assurance and consulting services sector today, including behavioural and interpersonal skills, cross-cultural skills, ethical reasoning skills, personal and professional development skills. The course is divided into two parts: the first covers topics related to organization behaviour and the need for personal development.

B Understand how to reduce risk and maximize opportunities inherent to cultural differences and similarities
