Method of teaching and learning

The module starts with briefing and background lectures delivered by faculty members. It is structured as a design studio, in
which students will actively engage in a series of design thinking and articulation exercises in groups based on briefs and tutorial
advice provided by faculty members. Students are normally re-grouped for each exercise. Students regularly present results of
their group work to the larger module group. Students maintain individual "studio log" notebooks in which they record their
design thinking and articulation processes and results for ongoing tutorial and final assessment purposes.
