Aims and Fit of Module
            Surveillance, monitoring and evaluation are essential components of any public health intervention. This module aims to provide students with a skill set by which to guide the process of designing and building results-based monitoring and evaluation systems for public health programs.

            A	Distinguish the basic purposes and scope of monitoring and evaluation.
B	Differentiate between the application of monitoring and evaluation functions.
C	Evaluate the process and outcome indicators appropriate to program needs. 
D	Manage data sources and conduct an analysis of programme effects.
