Aims
The purpose of this module is to develop students' multi-level understanding of innovative organization management and leadership, to establish a conceptual framework for intercultural communication and early leadership , as well as the basic ability to deal with problems in management.
Learning outcomes 
A. Identify the main characteristics of innovative organization from the structure and process.

B. Distinguish the roles of team members and the responsibilities of the leaders in the organization.

C. Consider the impact of differences between people on the organization and how to deal with it.

D. Insight into the psychological motivation behind people's behavior.

E. Develop the basic skills and methods of leadership from scratch.
Method of teaching and learning 
This module will be delivered by a combination of formal lectures, tutorials and assignments.
Syllabus 
1.Lecture 1-3: innovation culture and innovative organization management

The main characteristics of innovation organization, innovative organizational structure and process management, the meaning of innovation culture in enterprises and the establishment of innovative culture methods.

2.Lecture 4-6: cross cultural management and communication

The conceptual framework for the roles and behaviors of people and groups in an organization, the understanding and conflict of work under diverse personnel background, communication methods, assessment of business risks and management risks.

3.Lecture 7-9: sharing and motivating

Sharing and motivating are the necessary skills of managers, how to elicit feedback, how to provide feedback, deal with different styles and boycott psychology to organize and share, motivate elements, psychological motivation behind action, and motivational skills.

4.Lecture 10-12: leadership foster and development

The basic concept of leadership, the basic processes and methods for nurturing leadership from scratch in small, start-up corporate organizations, self-awareness capabilities, methods for building relationships, and basic skills for motivation and leadership change.
