Aims and Fit of Module
This module aims to instill in students an in-depth and systematic understanding of how the industrial environment and, in particular, the fast pace of change in the economic, environmental, cultural, ethical, legal and regulatory, political, and sociological conditions that operate at local, national and international levels impacts upon the strategy, behaviour, management and sustainability of organisations. By focusing on the formulation and implementation of strategies and innovative business model design, this module develops in students a strong appreciation of how plans, policies and innovations are put into place to help maximise the achievement of corporate objectives and successful organisational outcomes.
