Aims
Through the course study, students can understand information system construction in different industries, various departments, and plan IT systems for enterprises and layer design in the data architecture. Students are also able to understand the technical selection of each stage of enterprise informatization construction, the core business system construction methods and implementation paths through specific application scenarios and cases, and the boundaries of different business subsystems, interfaces, data interaction, etc.

2. Core business subsystem explanation

2.1 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): An integrated enterprise management system for logistics, capital flow and information flow for manufacturing, with cross-departmental business management under the core of financial. The main functional modules include cores of finance, sales, procurement, and manpower. Module

2.2 PLM&PDM: product lifecycle management and product data management, information system for product development and design, data management for product development (including product components, product drawings, process documentation, etc.), product development project management, etc.

2.3 MES (Production Execution System): Manufacturing execution system, information management system for manufacturing shop management, core function production scheduling, production process control, process quality monitoring, tooling equipment and equipment maintenance

2.4 SCADA (Data Acquisition and Monitoring System): Integrate IT technology, communication technology and control technology to realize real-time data collection and monitoring of devices, sensors and meters dispersed in different areas, and through certain logic judgment or data analysis. To control the physical equipment at the production site

2.5 Dedicated management system (SPC, TPM, EMS): SPC statistical process control, management system for advanced analysis and effective control of quality data established by mathematical statistics method; TPM full production and maintenance, full participation in equipment maintenance and repair Management method, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of production equipment, thereby improving production efficiency; EMS energy management system, through the analysis of energy use, reduce energy consumption of single products, reduce CO2 emissions, improve efficiency for enterprises


3 Enterprise information infrastructure construction

3.1 Office and Industrial Network Construction: The core explains the difference between the industrial network construction in the office network and the production workshop in terms of technology and equipment selection, and understands the knowledge of the next generation industrial communication technology TSN network.

3.2 Information Security in the Background of Industrial Internet: Understand the New Information Security Issues and Coping Strategies Generated by the Integration of Industrial Information Systems and the Internet

3.3 Hyper-convergence and cloud computing: Understanding hyper-convergence and cloud computing technologies, as well as new storage architectures resulting from the convergence of the two technologies
