The purpose of this module is to develop students' multi-level understanding of innovative organization management and leadership, to establish a conceptual framework for intercultural communication and early leadership , as well as the basic ability to deal with problems in management.
A. Identify the main characteristics of innovative organization from the structure and process.
B. Distinguish the roles of team members and the responsibilities of the leaders in the organization.
C. Consider the impact of differences between people on the organization and how to deal with it.
D. Insight into the psychological motivation behind people's behavior.
E. Develop the basic skills and methods of leadership from scratch.
This module will be delivered by a combination of formal lectures, tutorials and assignments.
