Aims and Fit of Module

This module aims to enhance students’ understanding and skills in the realm of entrepreneurship and family business, with a focus on future development, including business succession and innovation. It delves into the motivations and societal roles of family firms, as well as the strategies and approaches they utilize for growth, sustainability, governance, succession, conflict resolution, and innovation. The module seeks to broaden students’ perspectives with interdisciplinary knowledge, prompting them to reflect on relevant topics and aspects based on their disciplinary backgrounds, and empowering them to contemplate their career planning and competence through the lens of innovation and entrepreneurship.
