The aim of this Additional Learning Activity (ALA) is to teach students about the people resourcing framework and to have them experience and manage the people resourcing process in a highly contextualized environment. In this context they will be challenged to do workforce planning at a tactical and strategic level; manage the recruitment process; evaluate individual performance; and both experience and understand the importance of HR interventions, such as psychometrics, the competency framework, feedback and behavioural interviewing.
