Aims and Fit of Module

This module provides students with a fundamental understanding of the core theoretical aspects (and related empirical evidence) of corporate finance. It teaches students the necessary skills to apply corporate finance methods to real-world problems.

Learning outcomes

A. Demonstrate a sound understanding of important decisions that financial managers make concerning corporate finance.
