This module aims to provide students with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of key concepts and theories in investment management, especially in relation to private equity, industry funds, wealth management, asset securitization and financial product innovation. Through both classroom and experiential learning within a Chinese private equity company the module provides students with an opportunity to develop the practical problem-solving and analysis skills, professional skills, and leadership capabilities needed to take on roles as managers in the finance industry or related sectors, especially in a China context.
