This module aims to train the students to use project management software (i.e. Microsoft Project 2016 or higher version), including how to use software to make a reasonable project schedule, how to optimize the project schedule, and how to track the progress of the project schedule, etc. Students need to practice the skills and creatively resolve project-scheduling problems in a real case context. After completing this module, students are able to master Microsoft project 2016 software and use it to manage real project schedules, costs, and performance in various business scenarios.

D Know how to set a project baseline for future monitoring E Monitor the project progress by tracking the Gantt chart.
