By the end of the module, a revised and upgraded project charter will be formulated, alongside a detailed plan for investigating and analysing the problem. The module will also establish regular review and progression meeting mechanisms to ensure continuous project movement.
A. Clearly articulate a problem, including its scope, boundaries, and key deliverables. B. Develop a project charter by appropriately engaging stakeholders. C. Use Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to propose a project schedule. D. Formulate the project budget and duration baseline with justifications. E. Develop mechanisms for tracking milestones, performance, and task outcomes.
