This module focuses on the future direction of semiconductor technology and emerging devices. Students will study the working principle, fabrication process and performance of emerging devices, including semiconductor memory, micro-energy devices, radio frequency devices, integrated passive devices and organic semiconductor devices that have been widely used in information communication, energy environment, biomedicine and other fields. Students will also study the emerging nanoscale device technology. This module aims to train students to master the basic theory, optimization methods, and testing techniques of emerging electronic devices. Students will understand the development status and future challenges of the microelectronics industry.
