This model will help students understand how companies adjust their business strategy, products, HRM practice and information reporting to satisfy the stakeholders’ expectation and develop the capability to deal with new opportunities and threats. The module also provides students with skills to propose sustainable business solutions in real business context.

Methods of teaching and learning include a combination of lectures (which teach basic concepts and principles), tutorials (which are interactive and designed to enable students to apply and discuss their knowledge to analyse real cases), as well as the university's virtual learning environment (i.e., Learning Mall), which will be used for dissemination of materials and providing feedback to students.
