Students completing the module successfully should: A. Interpret the concept of organisational development (OD) and its impact on performance and change management; B. Explain change and its impact on organisations; C. Explain the evolution of OD; D. Interpret the role of leadership in change management; E. Evaluate the change management process; F. Assess the effort made through OD to ensure organizational growth.
This module is delivered on a weekly through a combination of lectures and tutorials. Typically 2 hour lecture and 1 hour tutorial per week.
