The aim of this module is to teach students about managing the people resourcing process to improve organizational performance. In this context they will be challenged to do workforce planning and job design; manage the recruitment and selection process; and evaluate individual performance. They will also learn and practice the following applications and skills: psychometrics, competency framework, feedback and behavioural interviewing.
