Aims and Fit of Module

This module aims to support students in developing transferable skills for their desired industry by providing both theoretical knowledge and practical techniques. It focuses on enhancing employer-desired skills based on job market trends and recent research, while also facilitating students' reflection on their experiences to identify developmental needs, improve their employability plans, and foster an awareness of lifelong learning. The module combines both practical and theoretical aspects centered around the concept of student employability development, and equips students with the qualities and personal attributes needed to build a competitive edge against workplace challenges, prepare for the transition from campus to career, and achieve ongoing development in their chosen occupations.

A Demonstrate a deeper understanding of employer talent demands in the current economic climate.
